Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
	A: Our automatic printing machines can cater for quantities of 30 - 30,000 per design. Our embroidery machines produce runs of 12 and upwards per design.
	Q: How do you need to receive the design artwork?
	A: Our in-house Artwork Studio has the latest software available, allowing us to realise your design to its full potential. We can output print and embroidery designs using Illustrator, Photoshop and Corel Draw. If these packages are not available to you, we are nearly always able to redraw the design and convert it into a format that we are able to work with.
	Q: Is there a set-up charge?
	A: All new designs are subject to a set-up charge for either print screens or an embroidery programme. These costs are related to the number of colours for printing, or the number of stitches for embroidery.
	Q: What factors influence the price for printing and embroidery?
	A: Print is based on the number of colours involved per design and the quantity of garments required. It should be noted that when printing on to dark coloured garments, an extra print colour is required. Embroidery is based on the number of stitches involved per design and the quantity of garments required.
	Q: How long will my order take?
	A: We will aim to complete all orders within a maximum of two weeks.
	Q: Can I supply my own garments?
	A: We are more than happy to print or embroider products that you have sourced from elsewhere.
